2 Giant Packs of Yorkshire Puddings
1 Pack of Gravy 350mls
200g Grated Cheese
Recipe method
- Preheat your oven to 200 Degrees
- Place a pan of water on the stove and bring to the boil, add your green beans, and cook for 2 minutes, drain your green beans, and leave to one side.
- Cut your left-over roast meat into bite-size chunks.
- Place your Yorkshire puddings on a large baking tray. Place 1 spoonful of cauliflower cheese, 1 spoonful of red cabbage,
- 1 spoonful of carrot and parsnip fries, 1 spoonful of Mash and 1 spoonful of meat side by side in each Yorkshire pudding.
- Set a spoonful of green beans in each Yorkshire pudding and
- Top with a drizzle of gravy in each.
- Bake your stuffed Yorkshire puddings in the oven for around 25 to 30 minutes until piping hot.
