Most of our products can be frozen but we believe that our vegetables are always better fresh. Freezing our products can affect the quality in a negative way, causing slight separation of sauces and textural deterioration.
However, if you do choose to freeze one of our products we would recommend the following:
1. Always freeze the product before the use-by date has expired.
2. Defrost the product thoroughly in a refrigerator prior to cooking. To cook, use the standard from chilled guidelines on the pack sleeve.
3. Never refreeze a defrosted product.
