Safety is as important to us as growing delicious vegetables.
Mash Direct provides an in-house training programme that allows employees to gain Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) certified qualifications in Level 2 Food Safety for Manufacturing and Level 2 Principles of HACCP. Other internal training is conducted in relation to policies, procedures and standards of operations (SOP) covering all aspects of food safety and quality.
We have several members of staff trained in all manners of Health & Safety; from Fire Marshals to First Aiders, carrying out regular drills to ensure that we help to keep a safe environment for everyone to work in.
We have bespoke steamers, ovens and frying lines that are all regularly maintained by on-site technicians. This ensures that our products maintain the utmost quality and safety screening processes, giving you peace of mind when you’re ready to dig in at home.
