Curry Chips Tacos

Try out this delicious quick, and easy Taco recipe using our fan favourite Curry Chips!

What you need

Ingredients

  • 3 Flour Tortillas
  • 1 tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Mixed Salad Leaves
  • Tomato
  • Red onion
  • Bell pepper
  • Parsley
  • Chives
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 Avocado

Recipe method

Cook Mash Direct Curry Chips as per packet instructions.

In a large frying pan, heat 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil over a medium-high heat.

Allow plenty of time for the oil to get up to temperature (if the oil isn’t hot enough your tacos will be greasy.)

Fry Tortillas on frying pan and flip until both sides are golden brown. Drain on a paper towel.

While tacos are still hot, gently spread them open, add cooked Curry Chips.

Top with red onion, diced tomato, chopped bell peppers, parsley, chives and avocado slices.

Drizzle with lemon and mayonnaise. Enjoy!
