Mash Direct Potato Cake Easter Nests

What you need

Ingredients

1 packet of Mash Direct Potato Cakes
4 tbsp cream cheese
1 large carrot
¼ of a cucumber

Recipe method

Heat the Potato Cakes according to the packet instructions.

Whilst the Potato Cakes are crisping up in the oven, grate the carrots into long, straw-like strands.

Once the Potato Cakes are cooked, spread some cream cheese on top then let your kids arrange the grated carrot on top to create the nest.

As a finishing touch to your Easter nest – cut the cucumber into small circular slices and pop them in the centre as the eggs.

Serve immediately and enjoy!
