Cook the Mash Direct Cauliflower Cheese as per packet instructions.
Bring a large pan of water to the boil and add the 300g of pasta.
Cook the bacon in a pan until crispy and chop into pieces when cooled. When the pasta cooked, drain and add the Cauliflower Cheese Gratin into the pot and mix together.
Next up is the sauce - melt the butter in a pan over a low heat, then stir in the flour and cook for a couple of mins. Gradually stir in the milk, mixing well between each addition. Bring to a simmer, then cook for a few mins until thickened. Season, add the mustard and half the grated cheese. Stir until the cheese has melted and the sauce is smooth.
Stir this sauce and the bacon into the pasta and cauliflower mix and transfer into a baking dish. Top with cheese and breadcrumbs and cook under the grill for 5 minutes untl the top goes golden.
