- Preheat oven to 190°C/375°F/Gas Mark 5 and add Broccoli with cheese sauce.
- Add a drizzle of olive oil to a non-stick pan and place on medium - high heat. Cook pancetta until browned then dice the garlic or use a garlic press and add to the pan. Cook for one minute then remove both from the pan and set aside.
- Using the same pan add another drizzle of oil and cook the gnocchi for 3 – 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Once cooked add in the frozen peas, mixing occasionally.
- Return the pancetta and garlic to the pan along with the cream cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
- After 20 minutes cooking remove the Broccoli with cheese sauce from the oven and transfer to a casserole dish along with the gnocchi.
- Sprinkle with grated cheese and return to the oven for a further 5 minutes.
