Sweet Pork & Parsnip Bake

A healthy and quick roast dinner alternative!

What you need

Ingredients:

  • Mash Direct Honey Glazed Parsnips
  • 2 Pork chops (150-180g each)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1-2 tbsp clear honey
  • A handful of fresh sage
  • 1 eating apple

Recipe method

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Place pork chops in large roasting dish and cover with honey and olive oil.

Open Mash Direct Honey Glazed Parsnips and place in roasting dish with pork chops.

Core and cut eating apple into segments and place in roasting dish.
Add the sage to roasting dish and spread contents to allow space for it to cook.

Place in the centre of the oven for 30 minutes, turning halfway during cooking, until the pork is cooked and any fat is golden.

Transfer into a warm serving dish and drizzle with the pan juices.
