What you need

  • Ready- rolled pastry
  • Brie
  • Honey
  • Rosemary

Recipe method

Cut pre-rolled pastry into squares.

Microwave red cabbage and beetroot.

Spray the muffin tin and place pastry squares into the tray.

Add a spoonful of red cabbage and beetroot to the pastry squares.

Top with some brie, and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes.

Lift out and, when slightly cooled, drizzle with honey.

Make it a meal.
