Mother’s Day Pan Seared Salmon with Chilli Baby Bakes

What you need


  • 1 pack of Mash Direct Chilli Baby Bakes
  • 4 150g salmon fillets, skin on
  • Tenderstem broccoli
  • 2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 130g egg mayonnaise
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 bunch chives, finely chopped
  • Olive oil

Recipe method

Cook the Mash Direct Chilli Baby Bakes as per instructions on pack.

Generously sprinkle salmon skin with salt and set aside 5 minutes.

Heat oil in large frying pan on high. Cook salmon, skin-side down, 3-4 minutes until flesh is opaque but still pink in centre. Turn and cook for 2-3 minutes.

In a small bowl, whisk mayonnaise, juice and half chives together. Season to taste.

Serve immediately and enjoy!
