Cauliflower Gyros with Skinny Fries

A quick and easy recipe for delicious Cauliflower Gyros which can be Paired with our Skinny Fries and Cauliflower Bites!

What you need


  • 2 Packs Mash Direct Skinny Fries
  • 2 Packs Cauliflower Bites
  • Pack of 6 Flat Breads
  • 200g Greek Yogurt
  • 70g Diced Cucumber
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Fresh Mint
  • ½ Garlic Clove Minced
  • ½ tbsp White Wine Vinegar
  • 2 Large Tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Fresh Parsley
  • 100g Feta
  • Jar of Sliced Pickled Onions or 1 Thinly sliced Red Onion

Recipe method

Preheat your oven to 200’ C and place your chips and cauliflower bites on a baking tray and cook as per pack instructions.

To make your tzatziki add your diced cucumber, garlic and mint to your yogurt and mix, add your white wine vinegar and seasoning to taste. Place to one side till serving

Wrap your flat breads in tinfoil and add to your oven for 10 minutes to warm through.

Deseed and dice your tomato, slice your red onion, and crumble your Feta.

Carefully remove your bread from the oven and tinfoil and cauliflower and fries form the oven.

Build up your gyros. Lay 2 flatbreads overlapping on top of a large piece of tinfoil. Spread a generous spoonful of tzatziki onto your breads, top with fries, then cauliflower and sprinkle on your feta. Finish with your diced tomato, chopped parsley and a few bits of red onion. Tightly roll up your gyro in the tinfoil and serve.
