Spinach & Pine Nut Higgidy Pie with Carrot & Parsnip Fries

What you need

Ingredients

  • 2x Spinach and Pine Nut Higgidy Pie
  • 1 pack of Mash Direct Carrot & Parsnip Fries
  • Salad
  • Vine Tomatoes
  • Balsamic Vinegar

Recipe method

Remove the Higgidy Spinach & Pine Nut Pies from packaging.

Place on a baking tray and cook in the oven according to package instructions.

While the Pies are cooking, cook the Mash Direct Carrot & Parsnip Fries according to cooking instructions on pack.

Proceed to roast the vine tomatoes for 10-12 minutes at 200°C on a baking tray and when cooked place on your salad - we recommend drizzling balsamic vinegar over the top!

Serve immediately.
