Mash Direct Potato Rosti Rabbit Faces

Heat the Potato Rostis and Sweet Potato Fries according to the packet instructions.

Whilst they are in the oven, start off with prepping your veg!

Slice the peppers into long strips to make your ‘rabbit whiskers’ then cut the cherry tomatoes into two halves for the eyes. Finally, proceed to cut the cucumber into 2 chunks for the teeth.

Once cooked, remove the Potato Rostis and Sweet Potato Fries from the oven and place on a plate – use the Potato Rosti as the ‘bunny head’ and the Sweet Potato Fries to make the ‘bunny ears’!

Allow them to cool slightly, then let your kids be creative and have some fun placing the veggies on top of the Potato Rosti to make the ‘bunny face’.

Serve immediately and enjoy!
