Deconstructed Fish Cake and Tartare Sauce

What you need

Ingredients

  • 1 Pack Mash Direct Potato Rosti
  • 125g smoked salmon (Sliced)
  • Two Spring Onions (Chopped)
  • Sprigs Fresh Dill (Sliced)
  • For the Tartare Sauce -
  • 100g Greek Yoghurt
  • 1 Tsbp Mayonnaise
  • 2-3 Tbsp Gherkins (Finely Chopped)
  • 1-2 Tbsp Fresh Dill (Finely Chopped)
  • 1/2 Tbsp Gherkin Pickle Water
  • 1 Pack Mash Direct Red Cabbage and Beetroot
  • 1 Lemon

Recipe method


- Cook Mash Direct Potato Rosti according to pack instructions (and Red Cabbage & Beetroot if used).

- Meanwhile, make your sauce by whisking together yoghurt, mayonnaise, gherkins and dill. Season to taste.

- Serve Potato Rosti cooked and hot, topped with slices of smoked salmon, a sprinkling of spring onion and fresh dill. Serve alongside sauce, veggies and lemon slices.
