- Cook Mash Direct Potato Rosti according to pack instructions (and Red Cabbage & Beetroot if used).
- Meanwhile, make your sauce by whisking together yoghurt, mayonnaise, gherkins and dill. Season to taste.
- Serve Potato Rosti cooked and hot, topped with slices of smoked salmon, a sprinkling of spring onion and fresh dill. Serve alongside sauce, veggies and lemon slices.
