1. Place Chilli Baby Potatoes in the air fryer for 12 mins, shaking halfway through.
2. Mix the flour with a little salt, pepper and paprika.
3. Slice the chicken breast in half and coat in the flour.
4. Melt the butter in a frying pan and fry the chicken until browned on both sides. Remove from the pan once cooked.
5. Add the garlic puree to the same pan and cook for a couple of minutes. Then add the chicken stock, cream and paprika. Simmer for 5 minutes until adding the chicken back to the sauce along with some parsley.
6. Plate everything up with extra sauce over the top!
