Mashed Turnip/Swede

A difficult vegetable to prepare so let us take the hassle out of it for you.

As with all of our vegetables, we gently steam cook and mash our turnip/swede for optimum flavour.

People in Ireland and Scotland call it turnip, whilst most people in England refer to it as swede!

"I love this turnip, however now in the shops where I live they only have the concoction of turnip and carrot which is so bitter. Being scottish and a lover of haggis this turnip was fantastic and easy to cook i.e. in the microwave! I will be searching around to try and find a local stockist."
