Cheesy Brussels Sprouts

Perfect for Christmas Dinner

What you need

Ingredients

  • 3x Mash Direct Brussels Sprouts and a Butter Glaze
  • 50g Plain Flour
  • 50g Butter
  • 500ml Milk
  • 150g Cheese
  • 2 slices of bacon

Recipe method

Grate cheese.

Melt the butter in large pan, add equal parts flour then gradually add in milk. Whisk until smooth.

Add in most of the grated cheese (saving some for the top).

Microwave mash direct brussels sprouts for 4 minutes and transfer to an oven proof dish.

Pour over cheese sauce and extra cheese sprinkled over the top.

Place in oven for 15 minutes at 200 degrees.

Top with extra crispy bacon if desired and enjoy!
