Buffalo Chicken Tacos & Crispy Skinny Fries

What you need

Ingredients

  • 2x Mash Direct Skinny Fries
  • Gluten-free tacos
  • 3 Shredded chicken breasts
  • 3 tbsp buffalo sauce
  • Grated cheddar cheese
  • Handful fresh coriander
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 tbsp yogurt
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tsp of paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder

Recipe method

Cook your Mash Direct Skinny Fries in the air-fryer for 9 minutes.

Blend avocado, yogurt, and lime for a dip.

Mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce and seasonings.

Fill gluten-free tacos with buffalo chicken, cheddar, and coriander. Cook in the pan for 5 minutes until crispy.

Serve with the crispy skinny fries, a squeeze of lime juice and a sprinkle of fresh coriander.
