Honey Parsnip Soup

What you need

Ingredients

  • 2x Honey Glazed Parsnips
  • 2x white onions
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 1.2L vegetable stock
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp of heavy cream

Recipe method

1. Start by sautéing finely chopped onions until translucent.

2. Meanwhile, let our Honey Glazed Parsnips crisp up to perfection in the air fryer for 20 minutes, shaking halfway through.

3. Combine the golden onions with the parsnips, then add the curry powder.

4. Pour in the vegetable stock and season with salt and pepper.

5. Finish with a touch of heavy cream.

6. Garnish with fresh coriander and a sprinkle of pomegranate seeds.
