Work Times

– Flexible shift pattern – the role requires 2–3 drivers to cover 6 days of transport (Monday–Saturday)

– Current Minibus Run Times (subject to change):

– 4:00pm: Belfast → Mash Direct

– 5:00pm: Mash Direct → Belfast

– 3:00am: Mash Direct → Belfast

– 4:00am: Mash Direct → Belfast

– 6:00am: Belfast → Mash Direct

We are now recruiting for:

Minibus Drivers (Part-Time)

This role is vital in providing accessible transport for factory staff from the Greater Belfast area.

What You Will Be Doing

– Transporting employees to and from work from pre-arranged locations in Greater Belfast

– Safely operating a 15-seater minibus

– Taking responsibility for the safe travel of a multilingual and diverse workforce

Essential Criteria

– A full, clean D or D1 driving licence (obtained by test)

– At least 1 year’s minibus or van driving experience

– A valid tachograph card

Ideally, You Will Be

– 25 years or older

– Physically fit to safely operate a minibus

– Able to work both independently and as part of a team

– An excellent communicator, comfortable working with people

– Flexible and available to meet shift demands
