Marketing Manager

 

We’re seeking a dynamic, results-driven marketing professional to lead the marketing team and strengthen our brand presence. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll drive brand strategy, deliver high-impact campaigns, and collaborate across departments to meet our ambitious goals.

 

You’ll oversee a team of three and work closely with our Chief Commercial Officer, ensuring brand consistency, integrated marketing, and a clear go-to-market vision for both new and existing products.

 


 

Key Responsibilities

 

Strategic Planning and KPIs

– Develop and implement an integrated marketing, digital, and communications strategy

– Lead availability campaigns, own-label initiatives, and brand tiering strategy

– Plan and deliver compelling campaigns that support business goals

 

Marketing Operations

– Ensure brand consistency across all platforms

– Oversee the production of all marketing assets in line with brand guidelines

– Collaborate with senior leadership on key projects and commercial alignment

 

Budget Management

– Manage the marketing budget with an ROI-focused approach

– Track spend and identify efficiencies

– Implement improvements to streamline department operations

 

People Management

– Work with People & Culture to drive internal comms and employee engagement

– Allocate workloads, oversee recruitment, and monitor KPIs

– Ensure health, safety, and compliance across marketing activities

 

Campaign & Event Management

– Create and manage campaigns across digital, PR, and events

– Measure effectiveness using insight and performance KPIs

– Deliver impactful promotions, experiential activations, and product launches

 

Digital Strategy

– Oversee digital marketing and social media strategy

– Track performance and collaborate with the Digital Marketing Lead

– Drive engagement and improve social reach

 

Communication & PR

– Lead media relations and award entry strategy

– Align communication with commercial, digital, and product plans

– Support event delivery and internal messaging

 

Innovation & NPD Collaboration

– Use insight to guide product and packaging development

– Plan launches in alignment with commercial and retailer strategies

 

Insight & Analysis

– Build a monthly insight dashboard and competitor review process

– Share findings across sales, NPD, and other departments

 

Commercial Collaboration

– Partner with sales to develop promotional plans and retailer support

– Contribute to marketing assets for key accounts and commercial pitches

 


 

Package

 

– Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

– Pay: £35,000–£45,000 per year

– Benefits: Cycle to work scheme, discounted/free food, on-site parking

– Location: On-site (Comber, Northern Ireland)
