Team Leader

Mash Direct is hiring for an experienced Team Leader to ensure production plans in our Sleeving Department are completed on time and in full through effective team management and communication.

Production Operative

Mash Direct is hiring for multiple Production Operatives on a Full Time, Permanent basis across the factory production line. Due to an increase in production schedules to meet customer orders across the UK and Ireland, a number of new vacancies are available.

Despatch Stock Controller

Mash Direct is recruiting an experienced Stock Controller to coordinate stock movements and inventory accuracy within our fast-paced production and despatch environment. This hands-on role involves monitoring stock rotation, reporting discrepancies, and supporting warehouse operations to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

Mini Bus Driver

Mash Direct is recruiting reliable and suitably qualified Mini Bus Drivers to provide safe and timely transport for factory staff between Belfast and our production site in Comber. This is a key support role for our early morning and afternoon shifts and is ideal for job share.

Production Operative PM

Mash Direct is hiring for multiple Production Operatives on a Full Time, Permanent for their evening shift, 5pm – 3am. As a Production Operative, you’ll work in a fast-paced team environment preparing and packaging orders, operating machinery, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Despatch Operative

We are looking for Despatch Operative, responsible for picking products, assembling customer orders, labelling, and checking orders for hauliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery to our customers. This role is critical in ensuring we meet our customer service and delivery commitments.

HR (People) Business Administrator

As an HR Business Administrator, you’ll work closely with the Head of People & Culture and department heads to coordinate People, Training, and generalist HR duties. You’ll support employee lifecycle activities and assist in day-to-day administration including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
