Chilli Potato Street Food Bites with a lime yogurt dip!

A delicious and spicy party food snack!

What you need

Chilli Baby Potatoes

Ingredients

2 packs of Mash Direct Chilli Baby Potatoes
2 tbsp greek yogurt
Juice of 1 lime
Salt and pepper to taste
Spring onion for garnish
1 tbsp Pomegranate
Coriander

Recipe method

1. Place Mash Direct Chilli Baby Potatoes in the airfryer for 10-12 minutes until crispy.

2. In a bowl, mix the greek yogurt, lime juice, salt, pepper, coriander and pomegranate. This is the lime yogurt dip.

3. Once the potatoes are cooked, place them on a board and drizzle with a little yogurt, spring onions and pickled red onions.

4. Serve with little wooden sticks and enjoy!

Make it a meal.
