Recipe method

1. Preheat your oven and cook the Mash Direct Sweet Potato Fries and Vegetable Burgers according to the pack instructions.

2. Add the Beer Battered Onion Rings to the air fryer and cook at 200°C for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway through.

3. Assemble your burger with the cooked veggie burger, sliced avocado, and fresh tomatoes in a toasted bun.

4. Plate up with Sweet Potato Fries and crispy Onion Rings on the side — and enjoy!
