Q. Where can I find Mash Direct products in my area?
We are happy to say that our range is available across the UK and Ireland as well as further afield in export markets.
To find your local stockist please just take a look at our INTERACTIVE MAP.
If your local store does not stock the Mash Direct range or there is a product that you would like to see on your shelves, please place a request with the store manager and let us know by sending us an email at email@example.com
Q. Can I order Mash Direct products online?
A number of our stockists provide an online delivery service. Unfortunately at this moment in time we are not able to arrange for delivery to your door ourselves but to find out where you can find our range on your local shelves please take a look at our stockist map in the link below:
Q. Can this product be frozen?
Most of our products can be frozen but we believe that our vegetables are always better fresh. Freezing our products can affect the quality in a negative way, causing slight separation of sauces and textural deterioration. However, if you do choose to freeze one of our products we would recommend the following:
1. Always freeze the product before the use-by date has expired.
2. Defrost the product thoroughly in a refrigerator prior to cooking. To cook, use the standard from chilled guidelines on the pack sleeve.
3. Never refreeze a defrosted product.
Q. Are any of your products vegetarian?
All our products are vegetarian with the exception of our:
Mash Pot - Bangers and Mash
Mash Pot - Mashed Potato, Carrot and Parsnip with Bacon
Brussels Sprouts with Bacon and a Butter Glaze
Neeps and Tatties
On all our vegetarian products you will find the Vegetarian Society Approved stamp.
Q. Are any of your products dairy free?
Our range is not dairy free. As we use butter and milk to make some of our products we can't claim that our range is dairy free as it is made in the same area.
Q. Are any of your products gluten free?
We are very happy to say that 100% of our products are gluten free.
Q. Which products suitable for vegans ?
We use non-vegan ingredients in some of our range and therefore we are unable to claim that our products are vegan.
Q. Do any of your products contain nuts?
We are happy to say that none of our products contain nuts and our factory is nut free.
Q. Are any of your products suitable for a paleo diet?
Most of our range contains either potatoes or dairy making them unsuitable for a paleo diet. However, we do produce a Super Veg range for Muscle Foods which can be found on their website:
Super Veg Range via Muscle Foods
