Hygiene Operative

Mash Direct, commutable from Belfast, Dundonald, Comber, and Newtownards, is hiring for Hygiene Operatives on a full-time, permanent basis for industrial cleaning across the factory production facility.

These are full-time, permanent positions, working 45 hours per week, with a premium rate (110%) paid on 46 hours and above. There are a number of vacancies across day and night shifts. Flexible shift patterns available from 25–45 hours per week.

Applicants must be 18 years of age or over, with a good command of spoken and written English.

Salary: Hygiene Operative, tiered from £12.21 per hour. Flexible shifts available.

What your job is all about

– Clean down of production areas and machinery

– Cleaning of public areas including corridors and toilets

– Cleaning of worker canteen areas

– Maintaining established hygiene standards across the production facility

– Following Health and Safety guidelines and standard operating procedures

Full-time shifts are based on a 45-hour working week, working 5 days per week.

Applicants must be 18 years and over, eligible to work in the UK, have a level of English (written & spoken), and a level of physical fitness to maintain hygiene standards in the factory.

Previous experience in a production environment is an advantage but not essential, as full training is available from our in-house trainers.
