Location: On Site (between Dundonald and Comber)

Reporting to: Head of Operations

Hours: 45 hours per week

Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 (depending on experience)

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

The Role

 

We are recruiting a Warehouse & Logistics Manager, a key leadership role within our Operations team. You will oversee Sleeving, Despatch, Warehouse, and Transport functions to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. This role demands operational leadership, people management, and a focus on continuous improvement — all within a safe and compliant working environment.

 


 

Key Responsibilities

 

– Oversee day-to-day operations across Sleeving, Despatch, Warehouse, and Transport

– Lead and manage teams to ensure engagement, safety, and performance

– Plan and coordinate logistics to ensure timely customer deliveries

– Implement efficiency improvements and cost-saving measures

– Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety standards

– Monitor KPIs such as service delivery, stock management, and wastage

– Collaborate with internal departments to support wider business goals

 


 

 

What We’re Looking For

 

– Proven track record in warehouse and logistics management

– Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

– Strong people management and team leadership skills

– Experience in both inbound and outbound warehouse operations

– Ability to drive improvements and enhance operational performance

– Knowledge of warehouse management and transport systems


 

 

Desirable

 

– Transport Manager CPC (or willingness to obtain)

– IOSH or NEBOSH qualification
