Team Leader

Mash Direct is hiring for an experienced Team Leader to ensure production plans in our Sleeving Department are completed on time and in full through effective team management and communication.

Main Responsibilities:

– Setting team rotas

– Starting lines

– Reporting downtime

– Delivering to the production plan

– Implementing continuous improvement initiatives

– Managing team output and performance

– Acting as a first response to production issues

– Running team huddles to ensure effective day-to-day communications

– Completing and ensuring accuracy of production paperwork

– Assessing and communicating your team’s training needs (who, what, where, when)

– Providing progress reports to management level

– Following and ensuring your team meets Company Housekeeping, Health & Safety, and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) requirements

Work Times:

– 45 hours per week, rota-based across Monday to Saturday

– Premium rate applies after 45 hours
