We are an independent, family owned farming and food production enterprise launched by Martin and Tracy Hamilton in 2004 at their farm in County Down, close to the shores of Strangford Lough. We are the market leader in quality, convenient vegetable and potato dishes ranging from traditional accompaniments of mashed potato and champ to complete ready-meals. Our innovative range is steam cooked to perfection for the delicious taste and texture of homemade food. These are suitable for microwave and oven heating, free from artificial flavourings, preservatives and colourings and low in salt.
With six generations of farming expertise we are specialists in our field. We select older heritage varieties specifically for taste rather than appearance, our products are bursting with flavour and the use of gentle steam cooking and mashing processes retains the taste, texture and nutritional benefits natural to every vegetable we use.
