Potato Cakes with Smoked Salmon, Creme Fraiche, Cucumber and Dill

What you need

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet of Mash Direct Potato Cakes
  • 110g smoked salmon
  • Sliced cucumber
  • 1 dsp crème fraiche
  • Lemon
  • Sprig of dill/parsley

Recipe method

Heat the potato cakes according to the packet instructions.

Topped with smoked salmon, slices of cucumber, crème fraiche, a squeeze lemon juice and garnish with dill or parsley. Serve and enjoy!

Bacon or sausage are also ideal for a quick topping.
