20 Minute Supper

A quick and easy midweek meal that pairs well with any of our side dishes.

What you need

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet of Mash Direct Champ
  • 1 red onion (sliced)
  • 1 white onion (sliced)
  • 6-8 pork sausages
  • ½ tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp onion chutney
  • 125ml vegetable stock
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Recipe method

Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the sausages and cook until slightly golden (3-4 mins).

Add the sliced onions and cook until browned. Add your favourite mustard, onion chutney and vegetable stock and simmer gently for 2-3 mins.

Heat the Mash Direct Champ as per packet instructions.

Before serving, fluff up the potato with a fork and serve hot with the sausages.
