What your job is all about:
Leading a fast-paced Fryline (Cooking) Production environment and managing your team to ensure that orders are produced safely and on time.
What you will be doing:
Your job will be varied, and typical activities will include:
PEOPLE – Managing capacity for your department and effectively managing all elements of the employment cycle for your teams.
COMMUNICATION – Ensuring that your department and the management team has the right information at the right time to perform their roles
QUALITY – Ensuring that your team continuously deliver KPIs and Quality standards.
CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT – Identifying and driving an agreed program of continuous improvement for your department.
HEALTH AND SAFETY – Creating a Safety 1st Culture for your team.
The working hours will be typically based on a 45 hours shift rota, with the shift starting at 5am to line end, which could be between 2pm to 4pm Monday to Saturday.
