What your job is all about:  

 

Contributing to the provision of a broad range of technical support services within the organisation

 

Who you are: 

 

You will ideally have some previous experience of doing this job, be a good communicator, with good time management skills, a can-do attitude and exceptional attention to detail.

 

Ideally you will also have:

– HND or higher in an IT related subject

– 1+ year IT Support experience

– Strong knowledge of Windows Servers

– PC / Laptop hardware configuration and troubleshooting

– Experience in the use of a range of technologies including Microsoft 365

– Experience with asset/stock control

 

What you will be doing:

 

– Providing 1st and 2nd Line Support both onsite / remotely

– Managing 3rd party providers

– Helpdesk Management

– Installation, Configuration and Support of PCs, running Windows 7/10

– Troubleshooting both hardware /software/ network connectivity issues on PCs/Printers/Cameras

– Determining proper escalation path for non-resolved issues.

– Setting up and implementing Microsoft 365 functionality across the business
