What your job is all about:

Ensuring the successful recovery of monies from the company’s customers by managing customer relations and pricing and by efficiently resolving any queries the customers may have.

Who you are:

We are looking for a person with at least 1 years’ experience in a similar credit control role who is well organised and is driven to produce results of a high standard.

Additional experience of working in a Finance background or accounting qualifications are a preference.

What you will be doing:

Your job will be varied and typical activities will include:

– Regularly communicating with customers via email and telephone, to ensure successful receipt of customer debts on a timely basis

– Daily management of customer price files and upload to Sage 200

– Accurate set up of new customer accounts with the company’s systems and databases

– Resolution of pricing and quantity queries with customers and internal sales team

– Processing customer credit applications

– General office and administration duties.

Hours of Work:

Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm.

On site.

Rate of Pay/Salary:

Between £23k – £25k

On site car parking
