Beer Battered Chips and BBQ Dip

The perfect accompaniment for a weekend full of events - Mash Direct Beer Battered Chips and homemade BBQ Dip.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of ketchup

  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar

  • 2 tablespoons steak suace

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder


Equipment


  • Large mixing bowl

  • Teaspoon

  • Tablespoon

  • Whisk

Preparation time - 5 mins

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients into a  large mixing bowl

  2. Whisk well to ensure brown sugar dissolves

  3. Transfer BBQ sauce into a ramekin for serving

  4. Dip into our Beer Battered Chips and enjoy!!
